New Leadership at CM Hammar AB, Starting April 1, 2024
Gothenburg, Sweden - CM Hammar AB, a world leader in maritime safety, announces the appointment of Mattias Malmgren as CEO partnering a co-leadership model with Anna Hultberg as COO, effective April 1, 2024. This leadership change marks a strategic move to further strengthen the company’s ability to operate in the international market, with a continued focus on the manufacturing of life-saving products in Sweden.
Mattias Malmgren, who previously held the position of Head of Marketing and Sales at CM Hammar, will continue to focus on external relations and strategic partnerships in his new role. Anna Hultberg, formerly the CFO and Sustainability Manager, will take charge of the company’s internal operations and relations. Together, their complementary skills represent a strategic investment towards enhancing the company’s global market presence and are expected to drive further innovation and sustainability initiatives.
The departing CEO, Håkan Skutberg, will transition to a new role within the Ernström Group as Business Area Manager for Global Niche Products, overseeing CM Hammar along with other market leader companies within their nische.
